Get the basics for your startup or small business. We'll install our remote management tools and Anti-Virus software on your computers. Your computer will be monitored by our team 24/7. Our management tools will ensure that Operating System patches are installed in a timely fashion and we'll be notified of any problems detected by the Anti-Virus agent. We also monitor the general health of your computers. 

If we detect something wrong with your computer or a security threat, we'll contact you with details. Depending on the situation, you may wish to have your Helpdesk.Live support agent resolve the issue for you. Incident Response services can be purchased at any time, by the hour. Many issues can be resolved in less than 1 hour.
